Athletic Clearances

Welcome to our new Athletic Clearance application. We have replaced our existing paper-based system with an electronic version. We hope you like it.

To get your athlete cleared to play at Glen Edwards Middle School we require the following items be complete:

1. Parent information
2. Student information
3. Read student athlete handbook
4. Physician evaluation

Without completing all the information, your athlete will not play!
